Location: Meet at Newlands Forest
Route description: The route is fairly undulating as it heads from Newlands Forest initially with a few uphills before linking up with the Silvertree Trail. We head along the Silvertree trail, before eventually cutting down into Kirstenbosch before heading back along the lower rollercoaster route into Newlands Forest. The distance is about 7,8kms.
Meet in the parking area at the helipad / fire station / Parks Board offices.
