 Another triathlon on my to-do list is the Jailbreak Triathlon. The website has not been updated for 2012 yet, but the date has been announced for 9 December 2012. This popular triathlon is held annually at Brandvlei Dam, Worcester. [...] The local triathlon calendar is not only very sparse, but it is not well advertised either. I am really battling to find the info I need to plan and prepare. The Clanwilliam Triathlon is one of the races that I have heard much about, yet there is no up-to-date information for 2012′s event. [...]  The inaugural Durbanville Triathlon took place at Phisantekraal in Durbanville. I woke up early on the Saturday morning to a dark, rainy Newlands.
