IronMan South Africa 2014

Believe the hype: Impossible Is Nothing! IronMan South Africa is set to celebrate 10 years of awesomeness on 6 April 2014. There was quite a buzz when entries sold out in October, which continued as organisers announced new swim and bike routes in November!

Here is my race report from 2012.

I must say the fact that the bike course has changed is a bit of a curve-ball, and I will definitely be pre-driving the course before race-day (I made the mistake of not doing so in 2012). I am not particularly perturbed by the additional climbing as the course is still way flatter than anything I train on here on the Cape Peninsula.
