In my seemingly eternal quest to give my body every possible advantage against the beating it is taking, I bought a pair of HEADSTART Compression Socks.
The idea is that the garment applies pressure to the limb, thereby stimulating circulation, and ultimately improving muscle recovery. They are ultimately meant to be worn after exercising, but it is now fairly common to see people wearing them whilst exercising.
These have not worn too well, and they have no stirrups, meaning you must tuck the bottom of each “sock” under your heel, which does not work too well, meaning they tend to ride up your ankles.
It’s a pity they don’t have reflective detail on them, like my CAPESTORM Motion Tights.
