A new series of Ultimate Braaimaster is on TV and I am once again blown away by the fireside cooking: motivating stuff!
I do a little bit of braaing on the weekend, and I am always on the lookout for recipes and ideas to extend this beyond slapping boerewors on the grid and opening a jar of beetroot. I got one of these sturdy looking pots for the purpose of making sauces etc on the coals.
