Thursday 2 September 2010 sees the start of the summer season of Thursday Trail Runs organized under the auspices of Celtic Harriers Running Club, and sponsored by PUMA.

Route description: Our route will start with a crossing of Kloof Road at the Nek (please be careful), and then head along the single track path to Signal Hill. We then head back the way we came until we get to the foot of Lion’s Head itself, where we will take a beautiful route back along a scenic path that runs along the lower western slopes of Lion’s Head well above the houses of Bantry Bay and Clifton with superb views of the setting sun.
