![]() Phew! So much packed into one week — are you battling to keep track of the action at this year’s Knysna Oyster Festival like I am? No fear: Cape-hike.co.za to the rescue with a searchable program of events! [...] ![]() News of a mugging near East Fort, Hout Bay, 15 June 2013. [...] ![]() The Knysna Oyster Festival is not all about the sporting events I have been blogging about — once upon a time it was really just about the oysters! The Tabasco Oyster Shuckle – on fire with Nik Rabinowitz looks like an absolute blast: get your tickets before it’s too late! However, for some reason I have identified hiking with wearing leather boots paired with red wool socks ever since I was a child. I am not certain why it [...] I am a huge fan of the Slingsby Maps collection, and am extremely excited about the current project which will result in not one but two full maps of Cederberg awesomeness! In fact I am secretly hoping that with all the information being collected during the process, a book will soon be in the offing — how about it Peter? [...] |
