 This trail will literally take you from one ocean to another; from one side of the peninsula to the other. It is relatively flat and there is no protection from the elements should it be windy or hot. [...]  Smitswinkel Bay is a great spot for a beach picnic. You can boulder-hop a short way in the Cape Point direction at low tide and admire the sea cliffs and caves.
