 This is a tough hike in Montagu that takes you up Bloupunt, which is the highest peak in the area. You will be rewarded with unbeatable views, and a swim at one of the 3 waterfalls! [...]  This is an easy walk along Noordhoek Beach, a pristine stretch of white sand running from Noordhoek at the foot of Chapman’s Peak to Kommetjie in the south. [...]  Another fantastic hike right on my doorstep, I have often walked right past this gem when walking from Constantia Nek. This route offers awesome views of False Bay, Orange Kloof, and Hout Bay. [...]  This spectacular traverse on the face of Table Mountain is not for the faint-hearted! At two points the route appears to disappear: it in fact literally leads into the mountain itself through some narrow crevices.
