I went looking for a wind-proof shell for trail running and light hiking. The Stratos Wind Shell is actually a cycling top, but it does duty on the trail in style!
Stratos Jacket
Ultimately I was looking for something highly visible to run in — many of my evening runs finish in the dark. The sleeves zip off easily, and I often run with the sleeves zipped off, using the jacket as a safety bib.
The jacket is well cut, so it doesn’t flap unnecessarily in the wind. As is usual with CAPESTORM tops, the sleeves are generously long.
The jacket stuffs into the back pocket, and zippers closed neatly to be stowed away.
